We store only what Slack provides: team name, user IDs, display names, and email addresses. Data is scoped per-workspace, encrypted at rest, and deleted when you uninstall the app. We never sell data. See our Privacy Policy.
No. By default, all workspace members are eligible. Set a channel with /watercooler channel #watercooler to restrict pairings to channel members.
Claude by Anthropic. They're optional — if no API key is configured, we fall back to a curated set of 15 questions. You can also set a custom welcome message for every intro.
